Wedding cakes

Croque en Bouche is a very French wedding cake.

It is A choux Pastry Filled with custard (vanilla, chocolate, grand-Marnier or Praline).

Each choux are dipped in the toffee then dipped again for the montage.

We recommend 2 or 3  choux per person if it is the dessert or only one if you just like to have a master piece at your Party

   

The smallest Croque en Bouche that you can order is 50 choux big as this one.

The maximum would be 400 choux.

   

This Wedding cake is Lemon and Chocolate Tarts decorated, the couple's favourite!

All these iced covered Cakes can be almost any flavour you'll like inside.

Dark mud cake, White Mud, Orange Poppey, Banana cake, Blueberry Madeira Cake, Apple cake etc...

Could be finished with Fresh flowers matching the Bride's Bouquet.
